Guys hi,

Occasional while editing article (s) after Saving I'm getting this Error message "Valid access token missing".
It doesn't appear always but from time to time.
Despite error message saving gets normal and content gets changed as I wanted it.

Any idea why this error is appearing?

Thanks,
Sergej

Hello,

Not sure what would cause that but usually it means a security token or something is missing saying you aren't actually logged in anymore or something a long those lines. If you leave your page idle for some time it can time you out like this and require you to relogin.

Hi,

Strange thing is that this is happening only when editing some article & changing its publishing state to publish & pressing button "Save".
It doesn't happen if I have pressed button "Save & Close".

It has occurred my mind that it could happen if I was idle for some time but it wasn't a case. I was really careful about it.

Is it possible that some Joomla file has been corrupted. And if it is, which one could that be?

Beside that, I'm experiencing significant problems with "S5 Spotlight News" modules:

1. Due to some strange reasons I can't get them to show (any) new article although the new article category matches category selected in the corresponding module,

2. When I had tried to unpublish any one of the 3 predefined articles it has affected entire home page layout by completely crushing the body part of the layout. (modules on the positions: above_body & left & right & below_body).

For the moment I have reedited predefined articles to show my news but it doesn't have sense to use this approach as a permanent solution.

Please take a look at http://khlzagreb.host25.com/

I would appreciate if you could help me to solve this problem.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Sergej

Hello,

1) I am not sure what would cause that but it definitely sounds odd to me. I have never had that happen and I work on multiple Joomla clients daily. I would create a post on joomla.org with some more information on how to replicate it so they can do some tests.

2) For issues with S5 Spotlight News please direct these questions directly to our developer support forum for this extension. This will allow you to deal directly with the creator of the extension so they can make any improvements or bug fixes as needed.
