Hello,
Your site isn't loading at all for me but that wouldn't be caused by the Template. It appears that the server isn't responding to requests by the client. This would be something I would talk to your web host about as your server box could potentially be overloaded which is why it is being slow.

Hello,
Your site is still in offline mode. But again nothing in the Template would cause a loading delay, the Template files themselves are quite small. Your server is most likely just having issues with response times.

One of the issues is with the modifications you made.
#s5_nav li .s5_level1_span1 { background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF; display: block; padding-left: 167px; padding-right: 17px; padding-top: 2px; }
167px padding-left is one of the reason the buttons can't all render on the same line. The total width exceeds the body width.

Hello,
It is appearing the same for me in both browsers. You might have a different zoom level in one browser vs the other. Cntrl + Mousewheel Up/Down will rescale the page.

Hello, Please be aware our offices are not open during weekends or holidays. Your site has login credentials so I am not able to view it. When I last viewed your site it looks like you had made several customizations. I would suggest replacing the s5_flex_menu.css file and the template.css file with the default files from the demo as you have most likely removed a necessary font sizing call. Also, if you use Firebug over the text element you will see where the font sizing is coming from and modify it directly on your server. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kmZ9uQcA_c-Mike
