I added a background that I wanted for the site. I put it into the style sheet. On Safari it shows correctly. It is a brown linen. I go to Firefox and it and everything else has a green hue. The background is green linen.

I removed the old background so not sure why or where the green is coming from. I used Firebug but it isn't showing anything.

The background image you have assigned definitely looks green to me.

You may also want to check your color settings in Firefox or Safari.  A quick search on Google found this:
