Hi,

I have just downloaded Site Shaper and got the Site up successfully. However, when I try logging into the the administrator, it gives an error 500 message. I have contacted my hosting company and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the server. I tried changing the password by directly editing in the database according to Joomla's documentation and it still didn't work. Can you please advise on this. Please see that attached screenshot showing the error message.

Hello,

500 internal errors are server configuration errors, they're internal errors. Your hosting provider should have an error log to tell you specifically what is wrong. The template itself does not control any of this though.
