Traction shows a main background image and boasts "Great features like a custom background image", but I can't get the image to show up.

The page is here
http://analytica-advisors.biz/homepage/

In the theme options/template specific I have the link in Background Image Name (Place in images folder) and I can see the link in the source on line 421 but I still can't see it on the front end.

body {
background:# url(http://analytica-advisors.biz/wp-content/themes/s5_traction/images/analytica-advisors-bg.jpg) no-repeat top center;
background-size: 100%;
}

I have tried deleting the theme and reinstalling it, but it doesn't make a difference.
I can't understand why it wont show up, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Denise

You need to apply a background color to the site as well.  That hash symbol (#) in front of the image URL is there because a background color needs to be defined; without the color, the rest of that property won't apply correctly.

I have tried changing it in shape 5 Theme/template specific using just the image name and the entire url and
I have also tried changing it in shape 5 Theme/backgrounds also trying just the image name and the full path.

I have tried enabling one, or the other, or both and it doesn't matter which option i try the image will still not show up.
what am i doing wrong?

Whatever you have right now is working, but it's looking for the image in the images folder of the site, and you have it in the theme folder.  If you move it to the images folder in the root of the site, it will show up; if the images folder doesn't exist yet, just create it and drop the image in there.
