I just installed my new Sienna template and I did set it in Joomla, as I would normally set any other template. But when checking the public site with that template enabled, I get the following errors:

500 - JHtml icon not found.

Hello,

Which version of Joomla is this? Have you updated all your extensions to be compatible? Is this a fresh installation?

yes

Yes. I've downloaded Joomla 3.3 from the Joomla site, I have installed a few extensions (Akeeba, Acymailing, JCE Editor, JEvents and Jumi so far).

The only other things i have done are to create about 40 articles and related menu items, and I also added a logo as a custom HTML module, as per your instructions.

In fact the site used to work just fine with the Beez template, until I applied the Sienna template, hence my frustration.

It was faster to build my own template than wait for your support.  Angry

Sorry for the delay. Support is not instant and we try to get to everyone as soon as possible.

If you PM me back end Super User access and FTP I will take a look. I wasn't able to replicate this locally when testing so I sent an email to one of our designers. He has also not been able to replicate the issue.

Once I have back end access I can take a look at whats going on with your site specifically.
