Howdy,

Just a quick question to see if there is anyway to show the number of items currently in the shopping cart?

Thanks,
Damian

Hello,

That wouldn't be possible as a click is required for the light box popup which will display the relevant information. You would need another type of extension for that functionality.

No worries - thanks Mike.

Another quick question on the cart that I've noticed. When I first add an item to the cart (like from the main page on tyres.hartsco.com) the popup cart simply notes that 1 x [Item Name] has been added to the cart and if I close the popup and then click the cart icon it shows to total number of items and a total price.

Once I've then been to the page with the cart and click the shopping cart icon again, it shows all the details of what's in the cart in the popup (irrespective of what page I then happen to be on).

It stays like that until I add another item at which point it goes back to the summary total.

This may be VM functionality, so appoligies if this isn't the right place to ask the question, but is that expected behaviour or is there a way I can dictate with 'view' of the cart it shows in the popup?

Cheers,
Damian

Hello,

Something in the VM Popup Module is setting those values to "hidden" for some reason. I am not sure why this is but I would post on their forums to see why this is and if there is a setting you can change to address it. They may also require the user to click "Continue Shopping" for this to work.
