Hello,

Can you post a URL where this occurs at?  I don't see it published anywhere?

Thanks,

Hello
The S5 tell a friend module doesnt work.
When I try to send a message I get the next message
ERROR 403 - FORBIDDEN
Why am I seeing this page?

Is there anything that I can do?

Understanding Filesystem Permissions

How to modify your .htaccess file

How to modify file and directory permissions

How can I fix this issue?

Hello,

Looks like its doing what we suggested here:
http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,35498.0/

Actually your 404 error page is the exact same as the user I had back in June.  Most likely the same server, I would try having your host look at a mod security rule that could be blocking this.
