Hi!
Saturday night I have bought the Metro Show Theme for wordpress and, after installing the plugin to show de website images gallery, all the articles (texts) have disappeared. But, after making contact with my host, I have found that the texts are still there. So, I need your help, because I would like to know how I can recover these content, considering that the host says it is only an installation problem with the Metro Show Theme. And, if the installation was made in a correct way, I would like to know how to apply the content to the new theme.

Regards,
Cristina.

Hi,

After taking my blog from the air, hosting recovered all my content from my site, and I asked them to install the theme for my wordpress.
The problem is that now there is an error in scrip (see picture attached). So, I would check with the developer how can we solve this problem, definitely.
Thanks for listening,
Maira.
ps: to my site to get back online, I had to switch to the old topic again because I can not quit my job and can not keep it offline for even a day.
Waiting for your help,
Regards,

The error from your screenshot is referring to core WP code and has no reference to the theme that would indicate the cause of the problem.  If you can provide a link to the site that is having the issues, I'll take a look and see if there is anything obvious causing the problem.

From your first post, it sounds like the problem didn't start until you installed a plugin, and if that is the case, then it is probably the plugin that caused the problem, not the theme.

Until I have a link and/or more information about what exactly is happening, there's nothing more I can do to help.

Hi, Tristan

Thank?s for your message,
Now I have changed the theme of my site to Metro Show, it was the first theme I choose (I need to leave it, because the site can not stay off the air since I am working with it), for you to check what the problem is.
I'll leave it today, all day long, for you to check what may have happened.
Can I also send you a user of wordpress in a private message for you to take a look if the wordpress installation is correct?

Here is the link: http://www.reversamag.com/

The only problem I see with your site is that you need to move your widgets into the correct places.  All the widgets on your site are currently in positions that aren't meant to have the kind of widgets you are using.  Just go to the Appearance->Widgets admin area and move your widget content to whatever positions you originally intended it to be in.

Ok, but because the text appears in my full page on the Metro theme, you must click on a slide or image appearing to it?

It looks like you've managed to sort out the issues with the widgets.  The only problem I'm seeing with your site now is that the URL you have set for a background image doesn't appear to be correct.  Once you set it to an image that actually exists, your site should display fine.

Hi, Tristand

Yes, I did. Thanks for your help.

Now, my biggest problem being that would understand where each widget within the site. So I have to do several tests here.
I do not know if you have any map that shows the page where each place is on the page. If it would help a lot.
I'm just customizing the background image.

What could not solve is the following:

- There as I put the last text on the right side of the page and some widgets on your side?
- Also would like to display a list of the most widely read texts of the site? that is no way to do this?

Regards,
Cristina.

This should help you find the different positions: http://www.reversamag.com/?tp=2

You can add the "?tp=2" URL argument almost anywhere on your site to see the highlighting of all available positions.

I'm sorry, but I really have no idea what you're asking for the other 2 points.  I think for the 2nd point, if you're asking about a "popular posts" widget, you'll just need to see if there's a plugin that adds one.

Uau, Tristand

Thanks a lot. This is very good. The work is much better now.
Ok, I see here the plugin "popular posts".
And to finish, and the "problem" of the text? I would like to put to the right and not centered.

Regards.

Hi, Tristand

According to the model of the subject there is a Metro Show chamade upcoming boxing show. Beside him, there are other boxes that lead to texts within the site. These are the S5 box? If yes, could you explain me how to install on my website because I did not understand the explanation of the tutorial.
The S5 Box plugin is installed within my wordpress.

And something also like to know is what is the black box, with 3 slides vertically on the right side, in the middle layout, side of box to RSS Feeds?
And finally, I would just display the text right side of my theme to.
I advanced enough with the installation of plug-ins.

Only really missing these details to finalize everything.

Regards,
Cristina.

Can you rephrase your question?  I'm having a difficult time understanding what you're trying to ask.
