I installed it via the site shaper method but I am so confused.... I just want it to be like the demo.

Is there a comprehensive guide for this theme on showing how to add new articles, size of featured image, etc...?

I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of guides for this besides the installation guide.

Hello,

That is more so Joomla related questions as the Template only stylizes the site. You can add an article via the Joomla Backend under the Article Manager. Featured Articles are those that appear on the Front Page in the Content area of the Layout. Modules can be used as Custom HTML and assigned to their corresponding positions. You can read some of the documentation for Joomla here:

http://docs.joomla.org/Portal:Beginners#Absolute_Beginners_Guide_to_Joomla.21

If you have any specific questions I will be happy to answer them here.

Okay here are my specific questions:

1) I know how to add an article, but like in your demo, how do I make it have an image with the article like in the slider you have?

2) How do I remove the text underneath the menus, for example return to home under the home button?

3) How do I make new articles show up in the NBA - Latest News, NFL - Latest News, MLB - Latest News columns

4) Also why in firefox are the twitter & facebook icons not showing at the top? Chrome it is showing and working fine.
4b)  In firefox, I can't click save / save or close in this theme but in Chrome it works fine...

5) How do I edit FAN UPDATES, quick links, in the media, and shop online?

Thanks.

Hello,

1) Which slider are you referring to? We use the Spotlight News module on the left hand side with the text "Lakers to Face Off Head to Head With the Celtics". If you are talking about just a general article you would add the image anywhere within the coding using an <img src="" /> call.

2) In the Template Manager > Template Specific adjust "Small Menu Height? Select Yes If You Have No Subtext On The Menu."

3) This is a Latest News module published to the top_row1_1 position with the Category set to NBA - Latest News. Any articles you assign to that Category specifically will appear in the module as per the demo.

4) You have adblock enabled most likely

4b) That is an issue with Ajax submission in some browser versions. It seems to work fine for some people but not others, and might have something to do with browser extensions. I would suggest using a browser where submission works such as Chrome and just have it open in a separate tab.

5) These are menu modules published to the bottom_row3_1, bottom_row3_2, bottom_row3_3, bottom_row3_4 positions respectively and will echo whatever menu elements are linked to it.

Also, are you using a Site Shaper? All of this would be pre-configured for you if you are using the Template and want something to reference off of.
