Hello,
This is the content of my test message sent via the tell a friend module:

Hi

Click below to view the webpage that your friend has recommended:
</form

Nick has used the Shape5.com Tell-a-Friend form to send you this link.

We look forward to your visit!

As you can see, the module did not display the link to my webpage. I looked into the module config, but there doesn't seem to be anything I should configure prior to publishing the module. What do you think is causing this problem?
Many thanks.

I'm not sure what exactly I have done in the meantime, but it works ok now... The only thing I did was get into the module's php file to customise the existing message text. I'm sure I haven't made any changes to the code, yet it works! Miracles happen.

There seems to be a problem with the javascript call within Microsoft IE that is causing Tell A Friend not to show the page link. Below is a forum posting from Shape 5

With some testing and input from kalasoft it appears the culprit is IE.  Sending from Firefox works fine and the emails will include the link. The module writes a hidden text box with Javascript and appends the URL with "document.referrer".  We are working on a new method of "grabbing" the current page URL that will be compatible with all browsers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, a new version will be out soon.

Regards,
