I have 2 areas in which I do not know where this information is housed.  I have screenshots attached in regards to area in question.

This link should help.  If you use the "?tp=2" URL argument on your site, it will highlight the sidebar positions and list their names.

The second screenshot you posted shows widgets in the "Middle Top" positions, and the first one shows the "Bottom Row 3" positions.
