To whom it may concern,
We are using the velocity template and are getting odd errors if a file has not been uploaded. Sounds odd but let em explain. We have meetings that are uploaded, usually PDFs, and create links to them. However, a very odd thing happened when the file was not there. You should see a 404 or something but you are redirected and pulling up pages from within the site.

The website is http://mountolivetownship.com and an example url is http://mountolivetownship.com/92_03%200.pdf. The PDF does not exist but it pulls a page up. Any thoughts as to why.

Also, how can I create a custom 404 for the website?

Thanks,
Scott
