Hey Guys,
The off canvas menu (sidebar) is not working properly.
It displays properly on the front page, but when navigating to sub pages, it displays behind other content.
This occurs on iPhone 4 (iOS 6) and iPhone 5s (iOS 8 ). I don't know about iOS7.
It does not appear to be an issue with any Android. (tested on Galaxy II and Galaxy 3 Note)

I'd also like to get rid of the annoying flash of a white page between page navigations.

I have upgraded to the latest version of the template and all modules (that I know of).
Additionally, I believe I have the latest version of Vertex installed (though it's impossible to tell without version numbers)

I will not post a public link here, but I will PM someone with a link and credentials to log in.

Sorry, I've been away.
This issue is still happening. I am attaching two photos. The first one you'll see what I would expect the off-canvas menu to look like. This is proper and appears when you first navigate to the page.
The second iage (the one with the red box around the right side) shows what happens shortly after navigating to any sub page. A white area overlays the right side and this issue continues until you return the the home page and manually refresh the page.

So, I just installed the "latest" version of the template in the hopes that any of the changes you had made would have been added.

It's even worse now and looks like it is possibly back the way it was before this whole fiasco started.

Here is yet another screen shot

Hello,

Unfortunately we cannot replicate the issue and I had 3 different members of our staff test this on your site. I have attached screen grabs from my phone showing the Home Page and Sub Page layouts of the Off Canvas Menu functioning properly. We also have no other reports of this from other customers and this function is used Vertex Wide.

Have you added any custom scripts to the site or have you tried using another device?

OK...

The developer made some changes to the code a couple of weeks ago when he was working on this.

Has that code been incorporated into the template? Has it been updated?

If you guys EVER used versioning, I would have to ask this every single time.

Hello,

Yes the changes were implemented into the latest version after they were made on your site. I double checked with the developer to confirm.

I'm having the same issue with our sidebar menu.  Please see the attached screen shot.  We're missing the submenu arrows and there is a white space on the right of the menu.  A user is not able to close the sidebar once opened.

My site is www.corserva.com

Hello,

Have you patched with the latest Vertex V4 files?
