I install S5 box module and position in template position and apply for all pages,
and add the S5_box1, all in template details.xml as in the guide page

but still when i click on login or register open small empty white squre and not work

Hello,

1) Install S5 Box and assign it to the "debug" position on all Menu Assignments
2) Ensure you have the login module published to the "login" position on all menu assignments
3) Ensure you have the register module published to the "register" position on all menu assignments

There is no need to manually add positions on the XML. The Login/Register links are auto detected by S5 Box by following the instructions above.
