Hello

I just installed the joomla template oasis.
The front and back end look fine after installation. However, it wasn't until I tried to make some edits that a problem arose. As soon as I hit the save button a blank white screen appears and stays there. I then hit the back button on the browser and brings me back to where I started from without the changes being made. This issue arises no matter what I do from articles to changes in global configuration.

Any ideas what causes this and how I can solve it would be most welcome.

Hello,

A template wouldn't effect this. The saving features are entirely controlled by Joomla itself. I would suggest disabling any third party extensions you have installed to start with. After that you can check with your hosting provider to see if there are any error logs that are being generated to help pin point the problem.
