We just purchased a membership to download WP Touch of Soul.  Is this theme compatible with WP 3.8?  The SiteShaper will not unzip fully..lots of errors.  Installing the theme manually is a mess and uploading the Widgets Context plugin manually gives the site a Internal Server Error.

Also, adding two widgets to the left sidebar nocks the body down below the sidebar.

We just purchased a membership to download WP Touch of Soul.  Is this theme compatible with WP 3.8?

I just finished updating all of the demos to the latest version of WP, and they all function without issue, so I am absolutely certain that they are compatible.

The SiteShaper will not unzip fully..lots of errors.  Installing the theme manually is a mess and uploading the Widgets Context plugin manually gives the site a Internal Server Error.

I just tested my local copy of the zip for the shaper; it had no issues.  I've re-uploaded it and overwritten the download; hopefully that fixes any issues you might have had.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean regarding the manual theme installation being a mess, but as far as Widget Context is concerned, you can just install it from the WP plugin repository instead of installing the version from the shaper.

If things from the shaper aren't installing properly and you got a lot of errors extracting the zip, then there's a good chance that the files were corrupted during extraction.

Also, adding two widgets to the left sidebar nocks the body down below the sidebar.

There is a theme admin option to set the widths of the main body columns; if the preset widths of left + center + right (or any combination of 2 of the 3) is greater than the total width of your site, things will float to where they fit.  I suggest checking the widths to make sure everything can fit together.

Also: please remember to post your site URL when starting a new topic; it is much easier for me to provide support (at least for front-end issues) when I can see what's happening.

Did the replacement shaper fix the other issues you were having?
