Hi,

1. About the 2 Tabs under the slider in frontpage, I just need Tab 1 coz I have only four main areas to display. How can I hide Tab 2 so that it won't slide to the empty tab (coz i unpublished Tab 2). Just keep showing tab 1 in static is fine, it now keep sliding even with tab 1 only.

Another problem is that, after I hided some content in the frontpage, there is unwanted white space. Please have a look of the attachment, how can I remove the white space so that the top blue color can stick with the grey bar? Thx.

Hello,

1) If you are only using 4 Tabs the navigation shouldn't appear. Generally this occurs if you have more than 5 Tabs. If not can you post a URL?

2) This is an empty component DIV used for Articles. You can hide it in the Template Manager under the General Tab > Hide Component On Pages

Hello,

This should hide the navigation:

#s5_button_wrap2 {
display: none !important;}

Hello,

You would want to make sure there is a check box next to the menu items where you don't want the empty space to appear. This space is meant for articles so you need to disable it if you don't have any under a specific menu item.

Thx, your below code hided the button.
#s5_button_wrap2 {
display: none !important;}

But I have no idea about this one,
"You would want to make sure there is a check box next to the menu items where you don't want the empty space to appear. This space is meant for articles so you need to disable it if you don't have any under a specific menu item."

Please see my screen capture, I don't know what option should I choose in order to hide the empty space.

Hello,

All those options are Menu Items that are part of your Joomla Backend. If you click on one of them a check mark will appear. Any Menu Item with a check mark will remove the component (and empty box) if no articles are showing.

It's a bit confusing that when I check all the boxes in ""WOULD YOU LIKE THE CONTENT AREA SHOWN ON THE FRONTPAGE", the problem gone. Anyway, my problem is solved at the moment.
