When column splitter is used in desktop web page menu system, on mobile it is visible and show "Column Splitter" in the menu listings. Column Splitter should be an invisible menu item.

Thanks for catching that, I've added it to the list of fixes to do for the next patch.

Column splitter also appears in the right side menu items.

What would be expected timeline for an update. Would earlier themes will get an update.

I just did a quick test on my dev site; I know it's a temporary solution, but if you remove the title of the column splitters, they shouldn't be visible anymore.

The update should be fairly soon, I have a growing list of things I want to do.

The update would be a patch to the framework, so everything that's on the framework would be able to updated by just installing the Vertex Upgrade Patch once it's updated.  Paradigm Shift was the first release on the framework, and Corporate Response was the first release to use the responsive version of the framework.  While the pre-responsive releases can be patched, they won't be able to use some of the newer features introduced in the responsive version of the framework.
