Hi,

I found my tab show doesn't work in mobile/tablet, it just keep loading. But there is no problem in desktop.

http://nathsingc.com/insp/

The problem occurs if I use Asus Fonepad 7 (width 800 pixel) to view in vertical mode. The problem doesn't occur in horizontal mode.
Also I tested using XiaoMi (width 720) in vertical mode, same problem occurred.

I figured out that it's actually the "S5 Image and Content Fader" affecting the Tab Show. In my case, you see that if the browser width is small to some specific number, say 720 or 800, the title text of the slider disappear and that caused the tab show to hold in the loading status. Please suggest a way to solve it. Thx.

Hello,

I took a look at your site but I don't see the tab show or IACF published to the site?

I got another issue that I was unable to re-create a functional "Home" button. Now I lost my front-page and don't know how to get it back. I think the front-page content are still there but just I don't know how to take it back to the stage. Guess we'll have to wait until my front-page is fixed to see the tab problem. Thx.

The front-page issue is solved, you may now have a look of my page. I modified some text in the Tab, now the device with width 720 pixel is displaying fine. But another device with 800 pixels width is not showing the Tab Show. Thx.

An additional information to you is, if I hold my mobile device in horizontal, the width is 1280 and the Tab Show is showing correctly. While viewing the front-page and turn the device into vertical, the Tab Show is still showing correctly even the width is now 800. The problem only occur if I load the front-page in vertical (width 800) at the very beginning.

Hello,

I tested on an iPad and on my desktop but I am not able to replicate this issue.  Perhaps try another tablet?

This is a bit frustrating.
After tried with my tablet with width 800 pixels, I tried using Screenfly to test other device. The Tab Show doesn't load in Kindle Fire HD 7, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Google Nexus 7. Attached the screen capture.

After my further testing, it seems that the problem of the Tab Show relates with the Title of the slider above. The Tab Show freeze in loading state when the Title is disappeared.

As I know the theme will automatic hide the slider title when the screen width is smaller than certain pixel, any way I can disable the hiding of the Slider title? If yes, then I can check if it's the cause that freeze the Tab Show in loading state. Thx.

Luckily I figured out the solution finally.
In the slider in Image 1 Text, it's not allowed to just putting a button. That cause the Tab Show to freeze in the loading state. After I put a sentence text above the button (just like in your Oasis demo site), the Tab Show now shows correctly.
