Hi there,

The module does not appear on my website:

I am using Joomla 3.3.3 and I used a custom html to display the mp3 gallery module. (Module is published)
I have followed the example provided on your website to configure the module, with one track.
I know the URLs are correct as I have tried them directly on the browser and they work.
I have followed the step provided for a similar issue under Joomla 2.5 (Editing modules\mod_s5_mp3_gallery\tmpl\default.php on line 26).
I have also looked at other third party modules that I use. I have disabled them but that did not change anything.

Anything else I could try?

Thanks,

Hello,

Why are you using a custom HTML module?  This is probably the issue.  Just publish the module without putting it inside a custom HTML one and it should work then.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing back.
It is not a custom HTML (my mistake). It is a module element which is part of a page builder that allows me to insert modules onto the page.
I use it with other modules and it works fine.

My problem remains. The module is not displayed on the page.

Have I missed anything from the steps I followed above?

Thanks

Oh ok, well it could be conflicting with some JavaScript from another extension you have installed.  I would try disabling all 3rd party extensions and see if this fixes the issue of it now showing up.

Hi,

I already did that, as mentioned above (rewritten below):

- Module is published
- I have followed the example provided on your website to configure the module, with one track.
- I know the URLs are correct as I have tried them directly on the browser and they work.
- I have followed the step provided for a similar issue under Joomla 2.5 (Editing modules\mod_s5_mp3_gallery\tmpl\default.php on line 26).
- I have also looked at other third party modules that I use. I have disabled them but that did not change anything.

Is there any other thing I might have forgotten?  Can I PM you with the site details so you can have a look? I have set everything up and once this fixed, everything should be working fine and I can publish my site.

Thanks,

How did this ended up? I have the same problem here no list of music shows on the module frontpage. Any solution? I have nothing extra instaled except what came in your instalation package... so couldn't be a conflict... I've tried every possible config from the module it self with no joy...

Hello,

That does sound odd why its not working. Could you please post a URL where this is occurring?
