I would like to be able to see the video appearing on my iPad 2. But it is not showing up ... only the bg image that I have specified.

Where can I change the width pixel limit for when the video will trigger to start?

Hello,

It's not a screen size issue, iPads and most tablets and phones don't allow for this functionality. Unfortunately it's specifically disabled in their OS to help conserve bandwidth.

Can you please elaborate on this issue. Do you mean the all iOS based units can not see the video  .... and Android based ones can? If we would choose a different format of the video ... would it then work? Are there any ways one can get the video to appear on handhelds ... and if yes, what is the solution?

Yes correct the video just won't play on iOS devices so we had to disable it and have it swap to a static image instead.  If you want to change this up I believe you can look in the s5_responsive.css file to make changes in there for this.
