This is not so easy to explain.

I would like to have my website to auto adjust in height when for instance I only have 1 sentence in an article showing up ... in my 1600 x 1280 resolution screen. To solve this now ... I need to hit the enter button in order to build up some conent so that it ... at some point ... starts to "snap" to the end of the screen.

Do you understand what I mean?

Hello,

Not quite sure exactly but if you need more content on the page to increase the page height you can either add more modules or use blank spaces in the coding for the footer to add some height to it. You can also specify a min-height on the footer div as well which would increase the height regardless of its content.

Thanks of the answer.

I would like to have the footer as it is now with a good height and do not wish this to alter. What I do need is for the page to auto fit into the height of the screen. When it is not auto fitted there is a withe area appearing under the footer (this I would not like to have their). Any clearer?

Hello,

I am not quite following you. The height of the page is determined by the height of the content itself. You can't have everything collapse to fit the screens height if the total height of the content is greater than the resolution of the screen.

The site is live now so I can show you better how I want to have it.

Please go to http://energy.gaiatellus.org/login-logout.html.

If you look at the bottom of the page ... there is white space ... which comes from the fact that the page has not so much information. This looks not so good and I would therefore like to know if it is possible to "auto-adjust" so that there will never be any white space at the bottom ... only the copyright info and the logotypes at the bottom.

If this is possible the white space will always be present in the middle. Is this more clearer now?

Is this possible to achieve?

Hello,

No the only way to address that would be to add more content to the page. You can also add a different background for the body other than white.
Code:
Template.CSS - Line 3

body {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #ffffff;
    color: #6b6b6b;
    font-size: 1em;
    line-height: 175%;
    overflow-x: hidden;
}

But your method to expand everything wouldn't work without skewing the content itself. You can maybe add some more content or blank spaces in the HTML to fill up some vertical space.
