I actually believe he fixed it, can you please check?  I'm still waiting on full confirmation from him but I believe it actually is done now

1. I would test again to be sure it wasn't just a one time thing, not sure why it would send 3 emails

2.  This text can be changed in the following file here:

modules\mod_s5_reservations\scripts\xmlHttpRequest.php

Hi,
I'm not sure how I can edit the xmlHttpRequest.php file? Can I use Notepad or do I have to use some other editor?

Yes you can use notepad.  I recommend notepad++ as its easier to read than notepad.  It highlights the code so it reads better to the eyes
