In any of the pages, when I go between the WYSIWYG and the code, the formatting is not holding. I am losing all of the paragraphs and line breaks. Currently, I have to keep every page in the code view in order for my spacing to stay correct. What is an easier way to keep this.

Thanks
Jackie

On the "Advanced" tab of the theme options, disable RAW HTML mode; that mode prevents WP from automatically generating its own HTML that can break the demo content.
