When you finish filling in the form and get your capcha number, then is no image appearing with the red X or the green check mark. This of course is not letting the form process.
See attached screen shot. Any idea what the problem is.

Hello,

Can you please post a URL of where this is occurring?

Thanks,

We were having some other issues with the form. But this is a new issue. We are still experiencing check availability it is still repeating itself in what looks like an endless loop.

Yes it will look like a loop because its checking the captcha code with AJAX, there does seem to be an issue on your site though.  I would recommend disabling all extensions on the homepage and try it then.  Right away I see an issue with JavaScript conflicting because the Reservation module is showing fully expanding.  its supposed to work like an accordion menu.  Once it shows in the accordion style, I would then try to see if the captcha is then working

Now I am really confused.
The reservation module is NOT on the home page of that website. So why are you asking me to turn off all those modules. The module is not fully expanded as you stated in any of the browsers that I checked.. IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari. There is another form on the home page, but it is not the Shape 5 module that I asked you to review. Please follow the original link that I sent you which was http://www.tropicstar.com/booking/trip-options/3-day-4-night-trips.html

And no, it is not fighting with the calendar plugin that is on that page. We already reviewed that with you in a previous post.

The form was actually working, although it was taking time to process. It stopped working all together when we move the site live onto a new server running PHP 5.5.22 and in a 64 bit rather than 32 bit environment. Has this module been upgraded to work with the latest version of PHP??

It seems like a JavaScript issue and now I do see one JavaScript error I should be able to fix.  Would you be able to PM me FTP details and Joomla so I can dig into this further?

Thanks

This is fixed now.

The issue ended up being the solution posted here.  Just needed to change the lines in the file because of SEO URLs:
