I have created a page for Contact Details and added it as a menu item.

The page is made up of Simple text for the address and opening hours, followed by a module for a map, followed by another module for a contact form so:

21, Here Street
tel:555 5555

{module map}

{module form}

This renders well on desktop but viewing it on an iPad only shows the form. All the text and map has gone.

Hello,

The map and contact form below are appearing properly. The issue with the top is you are using tables which shouldn't be used in responsive designs. Use two <div> classes and give them separate float values so they can rescale properly.

I understand what you're saying but don't understand coding of the DIVs well enough to do what you've suggested.

How can I create floating divs ?

Hello,

That would involve custom coding which isn't something we can generate for you via this forum. The concept would be to write two html <div> elements with % width values instead of tables. Tables are an old style of design and do not work well with responsive. If you take a look at some of our Site Shaper content/modules you can get a better idea about <div> structure and how to setup content to be responsive.

I've removed the tables from the top of the page but on a tablet or mobile device there is no map and no written address it only shows the form.

When you said the map was looking OK, I'm not sure on what device you were looking at it because it's never displayed correctly using a tablet or mobile device.

Any ideas ?

Hello,

It looks fine on my iPhone6. Here is an emulator which matches what I see on my device.

That's not how it should look.

There should be an address and phone number as well as a google map above that form.

Somehow everything above the form is being cut out.

Hello,

I am seeing an address and phone number above the form on my device and the emulator. Do you have some screen captures of how it appears for you?

not sure how to do mobile screen capture but basically, on any mobile device I use,  and even the emulator you suggested, all show the same thing which is just the form and a button / link at top left hand corner saying "desktop" and when I click that, it goes back to home page.
There is nothing else on the screen...just the form. No menu, nothing at all, just the form taking up the entire screen and that button which helps get you out of that screen.

Hello,

This is what I am seeing on the mobile view in the image attached. I added 3 images to show the views when scrolling down. Can you post some more detail or screen grabs? Can you also try another device?
