Hello, I have installed the Site shaper w Emusica theme (did an upgrade fo WP and the Plugins as well immediately after the Site shape installation) and am working now in WP. Got stuck a bit and wonder if you could guide me forward? 1. All the images say just Sample, does this mean the demo images are gone? 2. The Image and content fader is not seen. 3. When trying to Customize the theme it says there is a Script that does not work: http://nordicgigs.com/wp-admin?jquery-migrate,json2&ver=4.1.1:3 This means I cannot access this function. 4. The logo psd file, where can I find that? Cheers, Jonas

Demo images are purchased specifically for the purpose of being used as demo content and cannot be included in the Site Shaper due to licensing limitations. 2. The Image and content fader is not seen.
It's there, but you may need to check the widget settings to make sure the image URLs are correct. Some members have had issues with the [demourl] shortcode not reverting to use their site URL correctly. You can either replace it with [siteurl] or just use full URLs to the images you want to use. Themes running the Vertex Framework are not intended to use the "Customize" admin area, as that part of WP core is incapable of supporting the number of options and sidebars made available in the framework. You can change the theme options under the "S5 Theme" menu item, and widget content/settings under the "Appearance -> Widgets" area. 4. The logo psd file, where can I find that?
The logo image is generally located at {themedir}/images/s5_logo.png, but you can verify that by using Firebug to "inspect" the logo on the front end of your site.

Thanks a lot, I will explore your answers! Regarding the logo file I am referring to the psd file Photoshop. It says somewhere on your pages that this one is recommended to sue when creating a new customized logo. Is it included somewhere? / Jonas

If there are any PSDs for a release, they will be available from the downloads page for that release. It's not really necessary to use a PSD for anything though, as almost all of the design for recent releases is implemented using pure CSS with no images needed. If you use the s5_logo.png file in the theme's images folder, you should be able to open it in Photoshop and make any changes you want. You can even save it as a PSD if you want, but there's really no need to do that if you're only using it to make sure you have the right dimensions for a replacement logo image, which will have to bbe saved as PNG to be used on the site anyway. What exactly are do you mean about editing the home page? The "home" page, if it is using an actual page, will be listed with all the other pages for the site, under the "Pages" menu item.

Same script error that appeared on the Customize page (which I will not use from now), also appears when trying to configure any widget - http://nordicgigs.com/wp-admin/widgets.php What kind of configuration could remove this error? / Cheers, Jonas

I have not seen that error before, and as I don't have access to your site, I have no way of troubleshooting it to figure out what's causing it.
Did you install any additional plugins after running the Shaper installation?

Thanks for the logo info! Regarding Home page, I guess I am still learning how the Emusica and Vertex is set up. So the Home page/Front page in Emusica, as it comes, is not a real page and cannot be found in the Pages listing? / Cheers, Jonas

The E-Musica demo uses the "blog" content as the main homepage content. You can easily change it to use a static home page under Settings->Reading in the admin.

Thanks for the home page info! Above the blog there is text and two images. How do I edit those?
Regarding the Script error, it appears in many places. Did you see my screenshot above? I believe this issue is of very high priority as it creates a lot of problems. / BR Jonas

The stuff above the blog content on the homepage is controlled by widgets, as is almost all content.
The screenshot you posted above doesn't show any errors that I can see. The script you say is having the error is not anything that would be called by any theme or plugin you got from Shape 5. My only guess is that you have something else installed that is causing it.

Thanks Tristan! What is the Widget called above the Blog? I have not yet identified it. What do you recommend me to do regarding the Sript error? I am kind of stranded now. I have not installed any other plugins. I need to resolve it because it blocks the whole functionality of the theme and the administration of it. Thanks for your guidance! BR / Jonas

Using http://nordicgigs.com/?tp=2 will help you to see what each position is, and http://nordicgigs.com/?tp=1 will show you the IDs of each widget as well. I'm not seeing as many errors on your site now, did you manage to figure out what was causing that script error?

Hi, Thanks for the position and ID links! There are som issues still left, and I have published topics in different, hopefully appropriate, fora. Most important issues are: - Column width: http://nordicgigs.com/extensions/s5-image-and-content-fader/ Cannot understand the cause. - Contact Popup: had to deactivate in order to get rid of the odd text that ran across the right hand of the page in red. Would still like to use it though. Would be great to get some guidance here! Thanks in advance. Right now I do not see the Script issue, but I have no clue why this is so (that makes it a bit scary). BR / Jonas
