Hello,

Was it always like this or did you make some changes?

Hello,

It sounds like they want the newsletter module to show up next to the map in the same row and this is not possible as the custom positions are designed to display like the demo.  This would mean the Map would be top left with the image beside it and the newsletter would be bottom right with the image to the left of that.

You could also just use row positions if you wanted to do a side by side layout with the two modules.

You would have to remove the s5_wrap class if you want them full screen width though.

For example:

<div id="s5_bottom_row2_area_inner" class="s5_wrap">

change to:

<div id="s5_bottom_row2_area_inner">

I'm sorry Mike to have given you unnecessary stress please. You mention of how it looked on the demo made me to check the demo again.

And I now remembered I had images published in the two exactly like the demo which obviously has stopped showing due to unknown reasons and also after reading your response to someone's issue I entered full URL (http://www.nanaskidz.com/images/where.jpg and http://www.nanaskidz.com/images/newsletter.jpg) of the images in 'Theme Specific' in the template manager area but all to no avail.

Can you help me on how to restore the two images so that they can start showing just like the demo please?

Really will appreciate your help.

Thanks.

You shouldn't have to enter a full URL.  Can you post a URL where its not working with image names entered in the admin area (again without their full URLs)?

Thanks,

I just did now and the problem still persists.

See screen shots of both backend and front-end in the attachments please.

Meanwhile, the URL is http://nanaskidz.com.

Thanks.

Hello,

Could you grab a fresh copy of the Template and see if the issue still occurs? We found an open HTML element in the source and just updated the files. I assume this was breaking the floats in some way as I do not see the issue on my local copy that I just installed.

Regards,

But what I installed was site shaper. Can I install the new downloaded template and assigned to all without any hitch?

Hello,

You can remove the Template via the Extension Manager and reinstall the Template - Current. Just take some screen captures of your Template Manager settings so you can re-apply them after uploading the new Template. You can also overwrite the files on your server but this can be a bit more cumbersome.

If you can PM me FTP and Joomla login details I can take a look and see why the images aren't showing up for you.

Thanks,
