Hi,
After I enabled mobile device for my site, the main menu is inactive when viewed from a mobile device.
My top level menu items are text separates with category blog lower level items. The top level main menu text items don't open to the category blog lower level menu items from mobile.
After this, I attempted to create a new mobile menu as a top level category blog with 1 column only and hiding all icons (print, email and so on) and published to mobile_top_1 position. When I click this menu selection from a mobile device it shows as 2 columns (I specified only 1) and all of the icons remain visible.
I'm probably missing something obvious but am confused.
What have I missed?
Thanks

Hello,

Can you take a screenshot of your mobile device tab in Vertex? Do you have it set to All Links or just First Level links?

Also you may want to completely disable the mobile view as it is a very limited view of the site that was designed before the responsive era. If you have this option disabled modern phones will automatically rescale the entire full site layout onto the device and enable pinch to zoom so the users can see everything.
