On my homepage http://www.onlinelasertraining.co.uk/ the browser tab shows the article shows one of the page titles instead of the site title. This happened after I moved the blog from the homepage to a news page, and added a page to the homepage.

How can I change this?

Your site name is showing, it's just after the page title.

I recommend moving the page content into a widget, setting the theme option to hide the home page content, and removing the title of the "home" page in the page editor.
