Hi,

and thank you for your previous answers.

I'm laying out my homepage and I end up with a little module subscription to a newsletter, published in "register" position (that is a remnant of the migration of the 2.5 joomla template as Prestige Academy ), which is conflict on the home page.

Indeed, if I unpublished, my homepage will not load properly.

A bit like my problem with the s5_box Module ...

This module is called "Newsletter Subscriber".

Do you have any idea what I can do to disable it without problem on my homepage?

I specify that in the template manager Incline, I remove the entries LOGIN REGISTER and because I do not want to make them appear.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Hello,

If the issue occurs with the 3rd party extension then you would need to contact it's developer for support as we do not provide 3rd party debugging. Everything that is part of the Template Core and Shape5 Extensions will work without issues but if your adding in additional extensions that are calling other scripts you can run into issues with conflicts / multiple libraries.

hello,

Following this issue and following your reply, I simply remove this extension firstly because I no longer want to use, and secondly, if it created a conflict, would remove the solution.

Unfortunately, this is not the case at all.

There is a concern in my page and I do not know what is ...
My video loads indefinitely and will not let show the rest of my page ...

In my first post "Video in custom_1 is loading but not working", I was just talking about this problem and I thought I had resolved by changing the release position S5_Box ...
So, I made a few mods: I republished the S5_Box position "s5_menu2" which is still published.

I do not know what to do anymore.

I will send you, in private message, an access code to my website, can you look at what's wrong?

I thank you in advance ...
