Hello,

This is my first post on your company's website. Okay,  I made some changes to a page on the website and refresh it to see something else. The content on the page is no centered. Please see the images listed comparing the default page and the image after I made the changes.

Hello,

This can commonly occur with a poor HTML addition or edit. Things such as missing a > tag or } tag can cause an entire pages layout formatting to break. I would suggest reverting back to the default coding and also changing the editor you are using. For example TinyMCE the default editor will strip <span> calls by default upon submission as well as any icon calls.

This is an issue with the default editors so I would suggest trying JCE or just using Editor - None for raw code views when editing modules.

Regards,

Well, thanks! I am glad that I found the answer before waiting on reply back. How can I change the header (link tabs) to the Zoka Transport? I like how all the links are listed at the middle and the logo at the top instead. Can you help with that? I have the Spectrum template. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I am not sure what you mean as you have referenced two different Templates. Can you post some more detail or a screenshot on what you are trying to achieve?

Thanks,

I would like to remove the header from the spectrum and replace it with the header of another template, which would be Zoka Transports. Do you think it is possible? Please let me know how I can accomplish such task.

Hello,

Unfortunately that type of change would require custom programming. You would need to take the index.php calls from Zoka as well as all the CSS files and integrate them directly into Spectrum. We do not provide direct support for that type of customization.

Hello,

We do not offer refunds as we are offering digital intangible products. In regards to this issue specifically we have had the same policies regarding customizations since the beginning and this is the same as what our competitors offer. Our product support is for the core product only. This means the Template as it appears on our demo, the settings in the Template Manager and the content/modules that appear.

What you are asking is that we help you take elements from one product and code it into another. That is not something we provide support on as that involves multiple custom coding changes. I would suggest that if you like Zoka Transports then you use that Template as our designers spend a lot of time optimizing each theme for different layouts.
