Site has been doing great for about 3 years. Suddenly, it loads something, but no content. I had not updated anything in about 3 weeks. If I change to another template (pantheon) the site loads fine.

I can't figure out why it's not loading. Is there any chance you can take a look?

The site is http://www.nediv.com.

Let me know, and I will create a user/password for the site for you.

Thanks!

Hello,

That site appears to be loading fine for me. Perhaps your server was having "read" issues at the time.

It loads fine because I changed it to Pantheon - which works. Basics is the 'real' template, and that one does not load. But I have people who use the site, and it is coming up on our busy time of year, so I thought it was better to load the old, dark theme, than not have the site working at all.

I can still create a user for you, then you can change the default to Basics, and see what happens. Basically stops after it loads the header background image. I just can't figure out why, or how it changed (which you may not be able to tell, either, but I'm pretty confident you can figure out how to fix it).

Hello,

If it worked initially then something that was added or removed caused some corruption. I would suggest either reverting to a site backup to when the Template worked or completely removing and reinstalling the product. If it still doesn't work check that you haven't added any modules or content that are causing the page to break. This can commonly happen with some 3rd party extensions.
