Hello.  We have an S5 Accordianmenu that is not opening and closing.

The module displays an assigned menu, but only the top level.

We have checked the obvious stuff in the module settings. All appears well there.

It was working prior to an migration from Joomla 2.5 (final) to 3.4.3 stable.

The template it is used with is Corporate Response, which is, for the most part working, except that it dies when a core "Feed Display" module is assigned to a page position (page goes blank, see other post).

S5 Accordian Menu was cleanly uninstalled and reinstalled with the latest version from your website (7/28/15). I made sure there was no cruft left in the modules folder after uninstall.

CentOS 7.1, PHP 5.4.16, MySQL 5.6.25, Apache 2 running with FPM.

I vaguely suspect JQuery library conflicts.

Perhaps you can help us? Thanks.

Hello,

Would you be able to post a URL where this is occurring so I can take a first hand look?

Thanks,

I had posted you a URL yesterday, but did not see a response.

Today our server is down for maintenance and not available.

Is there a way I can PM you access information so that when it is back up you can take a look, but I do not have to post credentials publically?

Hi. I sent you a PM earlier today with credentials.

Just now I disable literally every 3rd party component, module, and plugin, except for S5 Corporate Response, S5 Accordian Menu, and S5 Google Map.

Still no accordion in the left menu as there was prior to migration.

No suggestions as to what could be wrong?   Any help or suggestions for troubleshooting will be greatly appreciated.

With the JavaScript console open, when I click any top level menu item (top level is all that shows) I get:

Uncaught ReferenceError: s5_responsive_layout is not defined

I do not know if this could be related or not.

Perhaps the Accordionmenu not opening and closing is somehow related to an issue with Corporate Response in Joomla 3.

I'm not sure, I did take a look but would you also be able to PM me FTP login details so I can further examine this?

Thanks
