How can I center the page titles, not for all just some select pages.

That cannot be done without custom coding, which isn't covered by support.

If you know how to use CSS and are able to look at your site using Firebug, you can probably assign the CSS property you want based on the ID of the page/post you are trying to target.

You can also submit a request on the Hire-a-Coder section of this site to see if someone else will be able to do it for you.
