is there a feature i can activate to get smooth scrolling to anchor points (like the back to top feature)?
in a shape5 joomla website i made before (it was the soul church template) this smooth scrolling just happened without activating anything.

Hello,

Are you using an s5 ID to scroll to? Something like

#s5_top_row1_1

This is a requirement for the smooth scroll detection.

...nope Sad

the idea was to hyperlink the readon boxes on the front page of the incline theme to an anchor point further down that page (for example the first title on your sample page "OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS")...

...hmmm - one thing still bothers me: when i click on the link and the site scrolls down to that anchor point the url then is (of course) ".../something/#s5_top_row1_area1".

the website i am working on will have quite a large homepage with lots of different anchor points. like this the visitor will constantly see an s5_ID in the address bar which has nothing to do with the content of the website... Sad

any workaround for this?

Hello,

Unfortunately that is one of the detection triggers and is required.
