Can you provide a link to a specific case of this happening?

The code in the XML just tells the framework which options to add to the dropdown, all addition of styles to the output of each widget is done in a completely separate part the framework, and if that code wasn't working correctly the whole site would break.

Hi there,

I am going to upload the site soon to show you the issue.

About the widget titles not showing : in the codes, the titles are commented out (see attachment). Since it is not commented out in the code (see below), I cannot figure out where it is coming from.

<div class="s5_module_box_1">
               <div class="s5_module_box_2">
                  <?php if ($module->showtitle) : ?>
                  <div <?php if ($suffix_color != "no") { ?>style="background:#<?php echo $suffix_color; ?>" <?php } ?>class="s5_mod_h3_outer">
                     <h3 class="s5_mod_h3"><span class="s5_h3_first"><?php echo $s5_h3_beginning ?> </span><?php echo $s5_h3_end ?></h3>
                  </div>
                  <div style="clear:both"></div>
                  <?php endif; ?>
                  <?php echo $module->content; ?>
                  <div style="clear:both; height:0px"></div>
               </div>
            </div>

Please advise

I would have to actually look at your site to see what's causing that issue.  There are a couple places in the theme that are designed not to have titles, and would break the site if the title was shown; if you placed the widget in one of those locations, the title would be hidden.  If it's not one of those locations, then I have no way of knowing without being able to look at it.
