Hello,

I recently installed Incline (using site shaper) and I have this problem when I try to edit anything one the site they lose their format and any new text format doesn't save, even when I try to change in the source code. I can't insert not even a BR, nothing saves. But any new text I introduce is saved, only the format isn't.

I started with the custom modules and then moved to the home article. Same thing.

If anyone knows what may cause this problem, please let me know.

Please note I didn't encountered this problem when I tested the free Design Control template, although I have followed the exact same installation steps.

Thank you.

Hello,

This is due to the WYSIWYG editor stripping the code out.  You can either go to your global configuration and disable the editor or go to your plugins select the editor and make it look like the attached.

Awesome.

We have updated all of our Site Shapers to change the default TinyMCE settings as this was a common issue with TinyMCE out of the box. This should address most issues with code stripping.
