I moved the files in the shaper folder to my public_html folder on www.wantagevet.com and when I go to www.wantagevet.com I just get a index listing of the shaper folders/files. The joomla installation page does not display. I removed everything and am trying to ftp it back over again.

I figured out I needed to click on the installation folder which got me through the install. The installation folder was removed as the last step and when I go to my site I still just see an index page.....Help!

Hello,

Please follow the guidelines here:

http://www.shape5.com/documentation/Joomla/Getting-Started/How-to-Install-a-Joomla-Site-Shaper

This will work for any server. If the steps above do not work it means something in your server settings is preventing Joomla from installing such as a PHP Max Upload limit etc. Try it out and if not talk to your web host about any server changes that need to be modified to install Joomla.

The index file was missing from the site shaper install. Not sure where it went but I redownloaded it and it was there.
