Content that is in a text widget shows up for a few seconds then kind of disappears on the front page. It does not actually disappear but changes position, it moves way down the page with a huge blank space

Please help. The site is http://www.wildlifeabatement.pro/

Thank You for your help

When I look at your site with Firebug, the javascript console says "NS_ERROR_FILE_CORRUPTED: cloudflare.min.js".  Since the vertical accordion seems to have all tabs fully extended, which shouldn't be possible, I'm guessing that the problem you're having is a result of that javascript error.  I suggest figuring out what is breaking the javascript on your site; that will probably solve the problem.

That really narrows it down. I have disabled ALL Plugins and it still doesn't work. All updates have been done. Any other ideas.

You may want to check the theme options.  On the "Javascripts" tab, there's an "Equalize Heights" option that detects the heights of columns in the same row, and sets them to have the same height, to help with keeping designs aligned.  That may be forcing the height of some of your homepage widgets to be taller than you want.
