Hey Guys,

Here is my problem. I placed a logo into the text box on the first slide. I had to play with the css for positioning. When the site loads, the logo is positioned correctly, but after the slide advances and the next one loads, if I go back to the slide with the logo it has taken on the positioning of the other slides. I cannot for the life of me figure out why the changing slide reverts back to wrong css found somewhere. Also, if I change the size of the page when the logo is in the wrong place, it goes back to the position I want it to be in.

Thanks,
Matt

Please remember to always post a link to your site when having issues with something on the front-end; I can't even begin to diagnose the cause of a problem if I can't see what's happening and inspect the code with Firebug.

Going to your site takes me to the WordPress installer.  Are you sure that's the right link?

Sorry about all the trouble. This URL is correct though. Would you like me to turn up the transition time so that you can inspect better in firebug

If you could set the transition time to something high (16-30 sec), I'll have one of the designers take a look at the CSS to see if he can figure out what's happening.

I have changed the slide transition time. I have tried everything I know possible. In the beginning, the logo was set at the same downward placement as the text. I commented out the css for the img position on the slider. It works on initial load, but reverts back once the slide is changed.

Thanks for your help

I just got a reply from the designer that was looking at your site.  He would like login details, if possible.  Apparently any CSS tweaks he tries browser-side end up being lost when the slide transitions, so he's having trouble testing changes.

If you're willing to share the login details, you can PM them to me, and I'll pass the message on to him.
