Hello,

I have a simple demo install of oasis theme. Nothing else installed, yet, only wp updated to the newwst version.

If I switch on the JSS and CSS compression, the content box disappears...

Do You have any idea?

Have you updated all S5 Plugins to the latest versions of the downloads and installed the Vertex Upgrade Patch?

Making sure you are on the latest version of everything is always the first thing that should be checked.  Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to do this at the moment.

The Fader is the only plugin that is on the WP repository, and because if that, it is the only one that can auto-update.  You'll need to manually update any others you are using.

The "official" version in the admin only counts major updates.  The patch updates frequently; the only way to be sure you are on the latest version of the patch is to just install it.  If you're already on the latest version, nothing will change; if not, any bugs you are having will most likely be fixed.

A complete overhaul of the admin is in the final stages of testing; I am hoping to add better patch versioning support after the official release.

Your site looks fine to me.  The compression only compresses theme files; it doesn't compress styles and scripts from plugins, so if you're wanting to use caching and script minification, you might want to think about looking at a plugin designed to do that for everything.
