Hey guys

I've taken over management of this site:

http://www.hojermobler.dk/index.php

I come from WordPress front-end development, so im new to Joomla, and this menu is giving me pain. Its not behaving like it should. I'm positive it's just a CSS error, but I can't located it.

I would really appreciate it if anyone had an idea where to begin troubleshooting this.

Thanks in advance Smiley

Hello,

To test and see if its a CSS issue just backup the template.css file and the s5_flex_menu.css file.  Then grab a fresh download of the template and pull out these 2 files and place on your site. Clear your browser cache and see if the issue is fixed.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply! I've tried what you said and did not seem to have an effect Sad
The menu still behaves irregularly.

I did try to backup the entire \template folder and overwrite it with a fresh install, and that fixed the problem - but everything wen't sideways and i lost my layout and configurations.

Ok if new template folder fixed it that is good.  So I would first then be sure Vertex is up to date. If that doesn't fix it then you can do by a process of elimination.  Backup the whole template folder then with a fresh copy try folders. JS, CSS, etc until it gets fixed then from there narrow it down file by file within that folder to see where the issue lies
