Hello. After installing template appears unreadable font.

other templates on my website displaying correctly.

Only General Contractor does not work  Sad

That is quite odd, is your vertex.json file read and write enabled?

I conducted an experiment. I installed a free template from this site
http://www.joomlashine.com/joomla-templates/jsn-sky-joomla-template-details.html.
Template works successfully.
All Templates with shape5.com not working. I tried to install 5 templates.
What do we do next?

You can change language in the admin panel or hosting.

Hello. I see that your efforts are unsuccessful. Think about compensation. I will look for a new template in another location. You stopped the countdown? three-month period? Or do I pay for inactive template?
