Hi, there,
i am not sure if it is a template problem,
during my work on the website ( J 3.4.5, JCE 2.511) suddenly all the menubuttons of editor JCE are gone.
So i can not edit enalonger wysiwyg ...
switching to tiny editor or other ones will show there menu buttons, but i need to use jce,
also deinstall and reinstall doesn?t help.

Can someone help me?

additional used components are falang (language switching), phoca maps, phoca gallery and some others but deactivate would not solve that problem....

see attached picture

greetings Roland

Hello Roland,

If it just started and you were using No1 Shopping for a bit then I wouldn't think it would be a template issue. Perhaps you changed some template CSS? You could try backing up your No1 Shopping CSS then grabbing fresh ones and applying to your site to be sure. If this doesn't fix it can you post a URL where this occurs so I can take a first hand look?

Thanks,

I found the reason for the trouble, but i need further help.
It depends on the active falang language translation driver (System - FaLang Database Driver),
deactivating results that the editor menu buttons will be shown again.

But i need the translation possibility on that site, what to do now....i will checkup at falangs support....meanwhile

perhaps someone has an idea on how to fix the problem....

Greetings, Roland

Ah ok yes that is good you are checking with Falang, thats the best thing to do.

In the meantime you could post a URL and I could see if there is just some Falang CSS that is hiding the buttons. If there is no CSS doing this then Falang would need to assist.
