Hello and good evening,
I finally got around to upgrading the Vertex for our business site, and I now have a weird behavior happening with the drop down menu.
When you mouse over the main menu, when the page is partially scrolled down, the child menu container is lower on the page. Further you scroll, further down the child is.

The Demo does not do this, nor does my backup with the older Vertex. Only my live site with the updated version.

I have disabled (one at a time) all modules and plugins to see if this was causing a conflict, and for the life of me I cannot get it to work correctly.
I have also reinstalled the template with 0 modifications, and it is still doing the same thing.

http://triadgames.com/ Scroll down to the bottom then mouse over the menu with a child sub menu

Thank you kindly,
Sarr

Hello,

I believe you may have patched with some older files or perhaps all the files did not copy over. I have tested it locally with the latest files and I am not experiencing any issues.

Can you please re-download the patch and try again?

Hi, i have the same problem with 3 of my sites using the same Template. Have re-uploaded the vertex 4 without any luck.

Take a look at one of them, www.kules.no or http://heroyaarbeiderforening.no (havent re-uploaded to this, but uses Vertex 4)

Wasnt any problem in earlier Vertex. If i could get the template not to float the meny, i could use that option, but that option does not work.

Best regards

Hello,

I looked at your sites and I don't see any issues with them. The menu is floating as I would expect them to. Make sure you have cleared your browser cache after upgrading.

Hi again.

Try scrolling down just a little bit, and then try the drop down menu ;-) It opens lower down on the page.

Hello,

Please be sure you download the latest Vertex files when patching, you were running out dated js files. I just patched your site and it is now showing properly. I was only given access to one of your sites, so you'll need to patch the other with the latest files as well.
