Hello,

I can't seem to figure out why this text separator is not working. The drop down does not appear (although it shows it should due to down arrow showing up)

I also tried an Alias, External URL, Menu Heading, etc... and still, drop down is not working.

I know this is an old template, but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

I am not sure what you mean, you only have two menu items on your site and neither of them are text separators. Text separators do work with our framework, make sure it's a published menu item and it's set to public view.

Opps  Embarrassed

Reset to public...

Yep, never had a problem with one of your templates (and I've used quite a bit of them), but this one has me stumped.

I PM'd you login to backend as well in case you need to take a peek

Thank you

Hello,

Can you try patching with the latest Vertex4 files? I think your site might be running a slightly older flex menu script.

Hello,

I was able to replicate this on localhost and was able to identify the problem. I've just updated the v4 patch with the updated script. Can you please patch one more time with these new files? You may need to clear your cach after patching.
