Hello Matthew,

That is odd, can you be sure you are on the latest version of Vertex? Let me know if you still have issues after this.

How can I check what version of Vertex I am using? I know how to check Joomla...is this something I can upgrade (vertex) easily?

Huh that is odd, no idea off hand. Can you PM me FTP and Joomla login details so I can dig into this?

Gladly, how should I go about sending you the info? Email? Let me know... This has been a problem that has been hanging around for a couple months? I can't figure out a pattern. The odd thing is that it pops up, when a user is using a different browser ie not internet explorer.

Just click the little message icon under my avatar and it'll send a private message just to me. In there just include the credentials and I'll dig into this.

The same error just popped up on another site we are working on, using the corpway template.

See attached.

I guess we are just really worried about launching, because of this error.

Any chance we can figure out what is going on? We would appreciate it sooo much! Smiley

I responded several days ago in PM, the FTP you gave me isn't working.

Thanks,
