Hello.

I have a category that I want to show with Masonry module. Everything OK until I click on the article to read more of it. The new page not only showing the article but all the modules that I have in front page, although those modules are active only on specific pages.

How to fix this problem.

Hello,

This is because with Joomla you need to create a menu item pointing to the category your Masonry module article is in. Once you do this it will work.

If you need sub categories in the Masonry module. What we do for our demos is create a parent category and just link to this with a menu item. Then all sub categories to this parent function the same as the parent.
